In this age of low maintenance and the understandable reluctance to paint, more and more people are having their house rooflines refurbished in PVCu which is almost entirely maintenance free.
Super Seal will visit your property to provide a free quotation and to check during the initial survey for any asbestos content which is sometimes apparent in the soffits of older buildings. If asbestos is found, Super Seal will arrange safe and fully certified removal and disposal.
Super Seal effect a full removal of all the existing fascia, soffit and gutter and fit PVCu roofline replacements in colours such as White, Brown, Woodgrain, Light Oak or in some cases even Black. There is a choice of guttering and downpipe profile – the most common choices being either square, round or ogee. Once the existing roofline has been removed our installers push back the first row of tiles to check the felt is good, or if perished, replace it.
On completion of the work we will put in place our Ten Years guarantee. So replace your roofline wood with PVCu and virtually forget any more maintenance.
